Depending on your browser the download prompt will appear either at the bottom of the page

( Chrome or Internet Explorer ) or as a pop up Window (Firefox).

 In Chrome the image below will appear at the bottom of your screen. When it appears click on "Show all downloads"

In Internet Explorer the image below will appear at the bottom of your screen. When it appears click on the small down arrow to the right of the "Save" button and choose "Save and Run"

In Firefox  the image below will appear as a popup window.  Choose Save File to save it to a location of your choice.
